How did Lovable grow so fast? It is a question the entire tech world is currently asking. To understand the phenomenon, we need to look beneath the surface of this AI-driven platform that allows anyone, regardless of their coding or design skills, to build full-stack web applications using nothing but natural language.

Founded in Stockholm by Anton Osika and Fabian Hedin, Lovable recently announced a staggering $300 million Series B funding round, propelling its valuation to $6.6 billion. Its growth trajectory is almost unprecedented. By July of this year, the company reached $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue. Just four months later, that figure doubled to $200 million.

Today, websites and applications built on Lovable receive 5 million visits daily—a number that tripled in just two months. Every single day, users from around the world initiate 100,000 new projects on the platform.

The secret to this rapid ascent lies in two parts: a product that delivers an immediate "wow" effect, and a masterclass in channel stacking. By layering social media, open-source communities, SEO, and strategic partnerships, Lovable ensures that every marketing effort amplifies the others.

In total, the team utilizes over 13 distinct growth channels, ranging from LinkedIn and X to Discord, YouTube, and even high-stakes hackathons. But everything starts with the product.

Lovable began as a landing page builder that required users to connect to Supabase for the backend. While Supabase is excellent for beginners, having the backend outside the Lovable ecosystem created friction. The team solved this by launching Lovable Cloud and AI, effectively removing the technical barrier. Users no longer need to configure external software; the experience is now entirely seamless.

Expansion didn’t stop there. Lovable recently integrated with Shopify, opening the doors to the massive e-commerce market. This move turned a simple builder into a powerful engine for global business.

Anton Osika has been relentless in recruiting world-class talent to keep pace with this growth. But the true validation comes from the success of the users. Sabrine created Plinq, an app to combat gender violence in Brazil, reaching 10,000 users in three months. Henrik and Peter built Lumoo, an AI fashion platform now generating €700,000 in ARR. Jaleel and Hussein’s restaurant management platform, QuickTables, is on track to earn over €100,000 annually.

The journey began on GitHub. Lovable launched as an open-source project called GPT Engineer, which amassed a staggering 54,000 stars. This overwhelming feedback gave Anton the confidence to go all-in. He leveraged this momentum on Product Hunt, launching multiple times to keep the product at the center of the tech conversation.

Anton is also a power user of X (formerly Twitter), where he posts almost daily. He shares product updates, documents the company’s growth journey, and highlights user-generated content. He mirrors this strategy on LinkedIn with a more professional tone, ensuring Lovable is visible across all major professional networks.

SEO plays a vital role as well. By documenting their journey through a company blog, Lovable turns its own growth into content that attracts even more users. They also lean heavily on partnerships, working with agencies that use Lovable to build software for their own clients. These agencies get lower pricing and earn MRR commissions, creating a powerful incentive to stick with the ecosystem.

The community lives on Discord, where over 34,000 members collaborate and share tips. On YouTube, the channel has grown to over 20,000 subscribers, with videos regularly reaching thousands of views. Lovable isn't just relying on organic growth, either; they are investing heavily in YouTube and Google ads to capture even more of the market.

Reddit has become another high-quality traffic source, with dedicated threads showcasing what the platform can achieve. Meanwhile, Anton has made the rounds on the tech world’s most influential podcasts, appearing on shows like Lenny’s Podcast, 20VC with Harry Stebbins, and This Week in Startups.

From pitching at major events like Slush to sponsoring hackathons that spark viral marketing loops, Lovable is everywhere. It is a reminder that in the age of AI, a great product is only half the battle. The other half is won by building a machine that never stops talking to the world.
